Brambles Bakery (formerly Hague’s of Audenshaw), is now under the ownership and management of Stuart Friedrich, who has over 30 years experience in the food industry. Stuart will be introducing an exciting new range of products, including his famous 50 year old family recipe pork pies, meat pies, his own home smoked salmon and his renowned home cured salt beef (pastrami), a wide variety of hot and cold snacks, and speciality cakes.
